Perfect location for visiting Universal Studios. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, and the foot massage machine in the room was very practical and a great way to relax after a long day of walking around Universal Studios.

Cute

A cute hotel that is in a good location: next to the entrance for Universal Studios. Breakfast offers some products that we enjoyed (the coffee and the cream puffs). There is an onsen on the top floor with thermal water and paid entry.

Good response from the event, service and customer perspective

I stayed there many times, but I didn't put word of mouth on it at all.
Over the years, I think the service around here has been very good, with more renovated rooms, social media, and changing the breakfast venue into a snack and opening it up like a cafe for the park-weary. This alone is worth comparing to other hotels.
I've only eaten breakfast upstairs. There was a feeling that the food was much lower because the foreign people were there the day after tomorrow, but if it wasn't such a day, you could eat in a good atmosphere.
The children were also happy with the ice cream after the bath.
Keihan stayed several times at Tower Premium, a superior room with four-person beds designed to resemble a shell, and Standard. I think the service is gradually getting better as I stay. I was also extremely happy to see him write handwritten message cards for birthdays and celebrations and put them in my room. The children were overjoyed.
I lowered one star because the restroom was still in the old format. It seems to be clogging up… I think it would be a pretty strong hotel if only it was renovated!
I still want to choose the closest place to the park on a hot or extremely cold day, so I would like to continue to choose Keihan as my first choice.

The location is super by the Universal studios park and next to the train station.
It was nice with lots of space in the room and a nice view.

We stayed for two nights our first leg of our trip to Japan. The staff was so helpful when my daughter threw up all over me on the train after we had already checked out! We came back to the hotel, they gave us our room back and made sure we had what we needed.
Our little girls loved the pjs and slippers.
We were a family of 6 and stayed in a room with 4 futons and we were comfortable.
Only “bad thing” was that the laundry service was $50.
