Free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out during the day! Not too far from the stations. Definitely worth it for the price.

Beds were uncomfortable but we got the large twin so it was spacious. Everything was pretty close and about a 16-20 minute walk to many tourist spots. There was no mention about paying if you misplaced the room key so at the end of our stay it came as a un pleasant surprise when we misplaced one of the keys. (Which I found after we had left) so just make sure you don’t lose it I guess. Just wish someone mentioned it when checking in not while I am rushing to check out.

Room was smaller than other places we stayed at in Japan. Clean, friendly staff, and had all the amenities needed. Nothing too fancy about this place so would rate it as average. The staff were fantastic as they helped me retrieve my lost necklace after I checked out and shipped it to me at my new hotel in Kyoto.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a room with a double bed - overall it was a good hotel for what we needed (a place to sleep). Staff were very pleasant and welcoming and they had extra amenities in the lobby to take if you needed which was great.
Some things to note - these were not deal breakers for us but might be helpful to know.
The closest metro is about an 8-10 minute walk. It’s more than doable but something to think about.
15 minute walk to Dotonburi which is nice as you can wander on your way there
The bathroom had a bit of a smell to it, but was clean. It was quite small (which seems standard)
The room is very small (again to be expected) - if you’re traveling with more than a carry on sized bag you’re going to have a tough time.
There is a supermarket a couple blocks over which was great as there is a mini fridge in the room!

Just outside the heart of the shopping, food and entertainment epicentre of Osaka, the Sanrriott Shinsaibashi Hotel gives you unrivalled access to the main attractions without the hassle of noise and crowds.
The room was great, though a little cramped. And the staff were friendly and helpful.
There is a cafe area downstairs that you are able to use and relax in, including some boardgames for people travelling with others. Further, you can have breakfast down here too.
I was happy with my stay. Although I thought the room was a little small. But with such great access to the city centre it’s hard to make and strong complaints. Enjoy!
