Reasonable hotels in Osaka

It is about a 7-minute walk from Osaka Metro Shin-Imamiya Station. Although it is close to the Airin area, which was told not to approach much because of its poor security until a few decades ago, security has improved considerably now and tourists can only come and go, which seems to be a problem for accommodation. The hotel itself isn't old, the rooms are small, but even the single rooms have double beds and are comfortable to sleep in. Cleaning was done well, especially around the water. The fire-proof glass windows do not allow the view to be enjoyed, but it is no problem if it is used only for sleeping. I think the prices are reasonable in Osaka.

Quite a distance to the station but staff of hotel is friendly. Coffee is unlimited serving. The stay is comfortable.

The hotel was awesome for its price. The design and furnishings in the hotel is Farley new and give me a sense of hygiene, which I usually care the most. Overall, it was good.

The bad points:
-The location of the neighborhood (too far from the central district)
Depressing neighborhood environment (homeless, lack of entertainment, serviced region)
The hotel room is too small
Mushrooms on shower curtains
The toilet too close to the wall (to sit down is a feat)
No cleaning service (you have to take care of the towels and trash cans yourself), the bed is not changed.
The good points:
- The presence of staff at reception (smiling and available)
Cleanliness of the room and linen
Drink vending machines in hotel
The modernity of the room (relatively new air conditioning and equipment)
Proximity to a train station
