Loved it here, convenient location with a short walk to various trains and busses. Hotel staff were brilliant and the bar was a real social hub of activity, great for grabbing a snack and quick drink after a long day.

the refrigerator was too small and didn’t even work.
but some of the staff were nice, most the them not caring or no smile at all. maybe they were too tired?

Excellent Service of Mai and Louis

We had a fantastic time during our stay and will definitely be back. Here is what made our trip so special:
​Excellent Location: Situated right in the heart of Umeda, making it incredibly convenient to get around, shop, and explore.
​Outstanding Service: A massive shoutout to Louis and Mai! They were both exceptionally friendly, efficient, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They truly made us feel at home.
​Fantastic Perks: We absolutely loved the happy hour prices—the perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
​The vibe here is unmatched. We cannot wait to return for our next stay!

Good location. Modern, clean rooms and efficient Service

At the beginning of our tour of Japan we spent 3 quiet nights here, on the 14th floor. The beds are very comfortable, the shower relatively large, the very clean room was optimized to save space, with furniture to hang on the wall. The comfort toilet with “pampering program” is what we want at home. Young, efficient, friendly staff at reception. Happy hour(s) from 5-7pm at the bar. As a Mariott member there is a welcome drink and 1 free Nespresso pad per person for breakfast each day. At breakfast, miso soup and rice with dashi & condiments are quite good and the croissants, provided you warm them up in the oven. The location to Osaka Station and Metro is ideal (about 11’ walk) to Enterprise day trips to Himeji, Koyasan, Kobe and Kyoto, which we did.

Nice, modern rooms. AC was great, one of the few hotels where you couldn’t hear it while working. WiFi worked well. Friendly staff. It does take 15 minutes to walk to Osaka main station, but it’s close to Fukushima station - 5/6 minutes. Breakfast was nice but it would be great to have a bit more choice on some of the days.
