Nice stay, very convenient location

Great stay at this hotel. Love how convenient and close to USJ it is (though other hotels are also pretty close by). Lots of restaurants and shopping right outside though many felt more like a tourist trap. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. We booked a room with four twin beds and though it was a little small, it worked for us. There is a laundry room on almost every floor (I think 4th to 28th floor) which makes it easy. I think each laundry room has only one washer/dryer (it’s an all in one) so you might have to wait your turn but we got lucky and never had to wait! The washing machine will dispense the detergent automatically. The dryer isn’t the best so you might need to add an extra 30 minutes of dry time. It takes 600 yen and two hours to complete one full wash and dry. However, there are shorter time settings to choose from. There is a desk on the main floor to purchase USJ tickets if you need to. It usually looks unstaffed but if you wait a few minutes, someone will notice you and come over to help.

No benefits except for Universal Studios visitors

It's a hotel that specializes in going to Universal Studios, but I guess that was it.
Hotel amenities are also minimal
The service in the hotel was subtle.
It did have a gym, but only a few machines.
There's a Lawson on the ground floor, but Universal customers also use it in the morning and evening, so there's a great line of cashiers.
The room is improbable and indescribable if you just go back to bed.
I was expecting breakfast buffet, but a specialty? The hamburgers were no big deal, and if you wanted to pay this fee, you could have gone to Otoya or McDonald's.
Also, if Universal comes, I don't think they will use this one anymore.

Best Location usj Official Hotel

Close to the front entrance of the USJ, in front of the Universal City Walk. The Park Official Hotel has an undisputed Mo.1 location. Convenience stores are also located in the hotel so it is very convenient. With Wolfgang's pizza business and Tully's Coffee, you won't have any trouble staying here.
The interior is of course USJ-inspired. There are familiar globes and large clock objects, and you can continue to immerse yourself in the USJ world outside the park. The striking design was EV, a large clock that rotated around the ceiling, and a humorous floor number display.
Rooms are normal compared to common areas. It may be because it is a standard type, but there is a slight difference compared to the common area. It's been 10 years since it opened, so you might feel a little old. There is a lot of room for nothing, and I think suitcases are easy to spread.
Breakfast is buffet. Anyway, it's crowded, and if you don't go right after the store opens, you'll be eating in the satellite banquet hall. The buffet menu itself is common, but there are many dishes that are only available in the main venue, making the flow lines a little inconvenient. The food itself was orthodox in both variety and taste.

Just okay

We stayed here two nights, on a weekday in June. We had a family room which was large and spacious and had 4 beds. It was clean and the amenities were surprising - some which we weren’t anticipating and some we wished we had. The good: electric kettle, lots of towels, tons of things like bath salts, cream, toothbrushes, combs, shaving kit. Nice bathrobes and slippers. The disappointing: no iron, no coffee, only one night table for 4 beds, and no plug sockets other than the ones on the counter. This made charging devices difficult.
The pillows were odd, some sort of heavy beads on the bottom of a few of them, haven’t seen this anywhere else in Japan but maybe it’s more common in older hotels? 3 of the 4 beds were okay but the one I had was awful. I felt hard springs in my back and hips all night long and barely slept due to the discomfort.
There was a laundry on our floor - didn’t use it, but nice it was there. There was food on the door handles of the laundry, presumably because there was a microwave and someone had used it and gotten tomato sauce on their hands when they opened the door…? Water cooler was nice to have.
The location is brilliant - right next to USJ and rail stop super close. Two different konbini within walking distance. Staff was friendly - stored our bags while we enjoyed the park. Getting a taxi is super easy, too.
I felt like this was just an okay place to spend a couple nights near USJ. I think for the price it could have been a little more comfortable and modern (like plug sockets and USB sockets).
