Staff was pretty helpful. When I asked for laundry location. Its only 3 minutes walk by the way from the hotel.
Our room got clogged on our last day but they sent a plumber right away when I complained downstairs.
The hotel is steps away from Mini Mart and also 7 eleven so its so convenient.
There is also a grocery store about 10min walk. Location is perfect in my opinion. Away from the noise of Dotonburi. It is also just a few minutes walk from train station.
Will stay here again if Im in Osaka.

Exceptional Stay with Truly Outstanding Service
I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredible, perfectly situated and made getting around so easy. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to most hotel rooms in Japan, which made a huge difference to the overall comfort of the stay.
The staff were consistently warm and friendly, and the amenities were excellent, everything felt thoughtfully designed and well taken care of.
The biggest shout-out, though, has to go to the team for going above and beyond after my stay. I accidentally left an item behind, and they made the effort to reunite me with it. I’m so grateful for their kindness and support, it really speaks volumes about their level of care and service.
Would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious room and very comfortable beds for the price. Its located in the quiet space of Namba. Recommended if you can book it for less than AUD$100 a night

Best value hotel in Osaka!
Had to book this hotel last minute and I was lucky to find a room while compact in size, was spacious enough to fit a couple large luggage, clean and most important of all, very close to Namba Nankai station for that quick trip to Kansai Airport.
The hotel wasn’t hard to find, it’s about ~7-10 minutes walk from Namba Station. I find the surrounding area to be peaceful & quiet, even if it’s near a busy road.
Rooms were compact as mentioned, but it was very clean. It is also spacious enough to fit at most two people with large suitcases. There’s toilet & bathroom is actually bigger than most of the standard 3-star Japan hotel rooms and it had a bath tub! My room also had a big window that gave me a view of the front street, - great sunlight in the morning. :)
Staff was very helpful when I asked stuff to do around the area and the best way to get to the station - you just really need to walk! Unfortunately, there was no staff around when I had to check-out at ~4:30am (I waited for over 10 minutes and rang the front desk bell) to catch the first train to the airport. Just left my keys and a note on the front desk.
The best part of this is its location. It literally near all the great spots and dining options in Namba.
For the quality of this hotel & its location, the price of ~US$70 a night is a steal. Overall a 5/5 - would have given this a perfect 5 stars if not for the mishap checking-out but that is totally understandable as it was very early in the morning. Highly recommended and would definitely be back next time I’m in Osaka!
