More than the price.　It's cheap and comfortable.

During this 21-day trip, there were three places that used the Comfort Hotel chain, one of which is Comfort Hotel Tsubame Sanjo.
　First of all, the location was good. It is a 2-3 minute walk from the east exit of Tsubame Sanjo where the bullet train also stops. We were traveling by car, but this hotel had free parking. It's rare to find a hotel near a JR station that doesn't charge parking fees, so I feel like I got a benefit from that alone.
　The hotel seemed relatively new, the inside and the rooms were beautiful. The free breakfast was quite substantial. Hotel and inn room rates are rising these days, but this hotel was also happy to keep the rates low.

Breakfast is delicious & free parking

It's a three-minute walk from Tsubame-Sanjo Station, parking is free, and it looks like you're putting a lot of effort into breakfast.
It is regrettable that there are no public baths.
Welcome drink, breakfast quality, room, no complaints, I'm happy.
There are two elevators, so I'll be right there.

The location and breakfast were good, but the rooms and beds were small and the air conditioning stink.

I usually used to use the Toyoko Inn, but this time I chose Comfort, which has free parking because I use a rental car. I chose the double room, but it is smaller than the east side, and there is no space for luggage. If it's only for one night, it's very stressful to stay in a row.
As soon as I entered the room, I smelled a strange smell and sprinkled deodorant. The air-conditioning was as yellow as shown in the picture, and the air-conditioning was good, but there was one cold day, so when I turned on the heater it smelled so bad that I immediately turned it off.
Meals are almost the same for every meal, but I think bread-eaters should have more choices. When I stayed, there were a lot of group guests and the place to eat was used as their meeting place, which was inconvenient.
I don't think he'll probably use it again.
