Good location, well stay, and very friendly staff members
The location of this hotel is just a block away from one of the subway stations. There is an airport bus stop one block away to this hotel. The staff members were all very friendly and professional. The cleaning staff members were also professional. I liked the updated renovation.

I found the front desk staff to be polite and friendly. Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel's lost-and-found service was extremely disappointing.
Less than half a day after checking out, I realized that I had left a very important blue coat in the wardrobe of my room and contacted the hotel immediately. To my surprise, I was told that no such item had been found.
It is difficult to understand how a large coat could simply disappear when I reported it so soon after checkout. The explanation provided does not seem reasonable, and it raises serious concerns about how guest belongings are handled after rooms are serviced.
This coat was not just another piece of clothing—it has significant personal value to me. While I appreciate the kindness of the front desk staff, the hotel's management of lost property appears to be highly inadequate. This experience has greatly reduced my confidence in the hotel, and I hope the management takes steps to improve its lost-and-found procedures.

Convenient and fair -value hotel
Stayed here recently with family.
Our rooms seem to be a bit darker, older than I had expected, even after looking at travelers' photos from this website.
However, overall the hotel staff was nice, it was convenient to a park, public transit and is attached to Lawson's (a convenient store).

Satisfied stay
Rooms - we booked a twin room that was spacious and beds were comfortable and soft.
Amenities - Good amenities but can do better. this is the area where i feel Japanese hotel outsmart the global chains. They really spoil guests with the amenities.
Food - really liked their breakfast buffet. Both Japanese and continental dishes were delicious.
Location - near to the metro station.
Value for money - little bit on a higher side
Overall, a good stay and we were satisfied.

Trip to Sapporo
The room was large enough to accommodate 3 beds and 3 large luggage which is very rare in Japan. The hotel was situated near F&B outlets and a 24 hour Lawson. A short walk to the city and train, with very friendly staff.
