Service, food, facilities… Everything was great

The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from the west exit of Sapporo Station. When I was a student, I had a part-time job at Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku, so I wanted to stay at Keio Plaza Hotel someday, and it finally happened, but it was just great.
I arrived a little early on the first day due to work, and while I was waiting in the lobby for the check-in time of 3pm after leaving only my luggage, I was approached by the hotel staff who said, "It is a little early, but the room is ready, so I will show you" and I was able to check in a little early. My luggage had already been brought to my room. I'm happy to see this kind of little consideration.
The room was large enough, and of course it was a clean room, with plenty of amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, T-razor, shower cap, etc.
It was very quiet and very relaxing during my stay.
Another notable feature is the breakfast buffet. Not only was there a wide variety, but I was also able to enjoy the unique food of Hokkaido. It was so delicious that I ate it to the point where my stomach was pounding. lol There was also a coffee service that you could take out to your room, which was also a nice service.
It was a great satisfaction to have nothing to say! I would love to stay if I had the chance again.

This is an excellent and elegant hotel which we enjoyed greatly! The staff are attentive, kind, and immensely helpful. The property is immaculately clean. The amenities, such as restaurants, are outstanding. The buffet breakfast was world class. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The sofa was rather uncomfortable to seat for long period. Hope they will replace it with better sofa.
The one in my room 1013, the bottom material is torn.
Should have extra pillows for each bed excluding the small hard cushions provided.
Also wished that the hotel would include more English channels example like HBO or Netflix.
The only channel that’s English is BBC if I’m not wrong.
Other than the above, nothing much I can negatively speak of Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo. We had good comfortable nights in the 4 days we stayed.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and smiling from start to end of our stay.
Facilities were ample.
We had their buffet breakfast on our last day as it was customary of our stays in all the hotels that has breakfast. It was good.

Great location. Toyota rent a car is in the same building so super convenient. Short walk to the main train station and shopping centres.
