Delicious Inn
It is a delicious inn from check-in to out.
Dinner, breakfast, sweet treats and after-dinner drinks in the lounge were just some of the things we could enjoy.

【Jozankei Onsen】I want to boast about the amazingness of Japanese hot spring service!
I want to go to a hot spring with snowy scenery!
But renting a car on the snowy road is a worry...
So I chose this place where you can pick up and drop off for free. (It's easier for people from overseas to come too.)
From Sapporo Odori, get on the shuttle bus of "Daiichi Hotei Group" for about an hour.
It was a Jozankei hot spring resort with beautiful snowscapes.
If you rent a car, you can also take full advantage of the Daiichi Hotei 36 Hour Stay Program, which allows you to tour the hot springs of the group from 11 p.m., so hot spring lovers will love it. (For details, please visit our website.)
The quality of the hot springs at Jozankei Onsen was good, and the "flowing source" is better than anything!
Among the members of the group, Kurizuizan is also said to be focusing on cooking, so I was able to enjoy the meal well.
However, dinner usually starts at 6 p.m. in the dining room on the first floor at the same time, so if you don't want to be tied down to time, or if you're traveling alone or in Prabato, where you don't want to eat face-to-face because of the U-shaped counter table, you might feel a little uncomfortable. (Breakfast is served in three parts at 8, 8:30 and 9 p.m.)
The lounge on the second floor is open until 23:00 with all-you-can-drink fruit and yogurt in the morning, sweets in the afternoon, and alcohol in the evening. There are even squid rice and rice for supper, which is free for overnight guests, so even though you are supposed to be full of dinner, you will eat it.
The public baths are open in the morning and night, with a gender swap. The open-air bath while watching the snowy mountains was also paradise.
Drinks after the bath are also served in the morning, such as strawberry milk and coffee milk, which means! Repeated bathing, eating and drinking ~ Isn't Japanese service amazing?!
I want to say that out loud! There were a number of Korean tourists, but they must have been satisfied. ← For some reason, I boast about it lol
Also, there was a gift of a "90-minute charter sauna" as part of the holiday diamond privilege, but it was also quite exhausting (all-you-can-drink in the refrigerator).
The service provided by Daiichi Hotei Group was too cost-effective and made me want to stay at places like Lake Shikotsu. The staff's attentiveness also exceeds expectations.
I was amazed at the mere high cost of foreign hotels after the coronavirus, so how amazing is Japan! It was a stay that made me think about it again.

I enjoyed the innovative Japanese-Western cuisine using delicious Hokkaido ingredients!
I stayed here overnight.
Cuisine Mountain is part of Daiichi Hotei Ru Group, which has 8 culinary inns in Jozankei. And of the group, it is the ryokan that focuses on food the most.
This dinner serves "innovative cuisine that combines Japanese and Western cuisine."
And the following dishes were actually served.
Cauliflower soup
Foie Gras, Narazuke, and Sweet Potato in Monaka
→It was a delicious marriage!
◯ Cod milt flan, turnip grilled
→ Shirako goes well with Western-style chawanmushi
◯ Meat and potatoes, black truffles, rapeseed
→ It smelled good. It's very good when mixed.
◯Bowl with herring tsumire
→ It was a bowl that accentuated the umami of herring.
Anonymous: Aged cold snapper, raw sea urchin & roll of squid
→ The combination of aged kan'an and shiso was particularly delicious
◯Sashimi: Horsehair crab with Tosa vinegar jelly, button shrimp, cold flounder, medium toro, sea shellfish
→ The seafood from Hokkaido was fresh and delicious. The transparent thinness of the flatfish is impressive.
◯Tempura: Shishamo, Lily Root & Camembert
→ It was an interesting combination of salty shishamo and sweet fried Camembert cheese
Pear, rosemary
→ It was a palate cleanser, but it was delicious and the crackling sorbet was interesting
◯ Duck meat
→ The duck meat was hard to cut. At best, the more I chewed, the better the duck meat was.
◯ Yumepirika, Japanese-style bouillabaisse
→ The rice was very delicious
Apple snow pile, gelato, apple cake
→It was a presentation typical of snow country.
◯ Tea sweets
→ Chocolate with orange flavor is delicious
We received the following drinks:
・Junmai Daiginjo @ 4,840 yen
・ Red wine (Hokkaido,Zweigeld) @ 1,100 yen x 2
When I was asked if it was Japanese or Western food, they said it was Japanese food, so I had red wine mainly for sake and only for duck dishes.
I enjoyed creative dishes with Western taste using delicious ingredients from Hokkaido.
After the meal, I was able to relax and sleep comfortably in the hot spring bath in my room.
I was also filled with delicious food for breakfast.

Hotel room with private bath was clean, spacious and super comfortable. Dinner was yummy. Overall highly recommend.
