Room smells like soured water and musty. Feels Very dirty. Bidet doesn’t work. Bathroom stinks. Room is very old feeling. Terrible room but hotel staff is nice

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good. In between 10 Minutes to Sendai station on foot. But the bath and toilet accessories is a bit old. And they provide a fresh ground coffee all day.
