It's a charming, old-fashioned hotel. The staff are polite and attentive, and I would stay there again if I had the chance. A minor point: perhaps because the hotel is quite old, some of the fire sprinkler heads are rusty. I hope they can check and clean them sometime. Otherwise, it's perfect.

The room was very nice and had an excellent view over the garden. We were able to walk to the outlet mall conveniently and, in general, the place was very convenient and nice. The staff were also very pleasant and able to speak excellent English.

A nice hotel outside of the city centre

A very nice hotel with helpful staff. The check in was more intense than we are used to (they make sure to push in your seat for check in). The room was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed. They could do with giving the bed side table a wipe though! I left it cleaner than I found it for sure.
We parked at the hotel for free and it was very convenient for a night stay where we visited the shopping mall across the road. If you want to be the centre of the city, this is not the hotel for you.

The rooms were wonderful and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff is very polite and pays attention to every little detail. And the shuttle service makes the hotel very accessible.

I paid 5000 yen to upgrade to a clean room and it was facing to the garden, dinner in the hotel was nice and it was adjacent to a shopping no mall and outlet mall which were very convenient.
