A conscientious set plan of gratitude

Thanks for the sumo tickets and the accommodation plan set. Tickets are hard to come by these days, but the very reasonable price helped. It was close to Kokugikan, so even if we were tired, we could go home easily, and we were both very satisfied with everything, the room, the scenery, the food.

Was ok for a stop over

The view is great from the upper floor rooms - bedding a bit uncomfortable - rooms are quit smal - staff friendly - there is a 7/11 downstairs - air condition runs all together on the rooms

There were some good points, but...

The room is clean and comfortable. The building was calm and there was a nice restaurant, which was perfect as an environment. The disappointing thing is the reception. I asked for a taxi an hour ago and it wasn't arranged and I'm sorry, it's over. That's why I'm late for an important appointment. And I'm disappointed with what I have for breakfast. The numbers are small and I'm worried about the cheapness of the venue. I want you to work a little harder.

Great hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating, even with the language barrier. Shuttle service to Disney parks is a huge plus. Room was spacious which is a perk in cramped Tokyo. Furniture needs refurbishing and some maintenance on hinges and squeaks. Bed sheets need updating (had a stain that never went away with multiple staff cleanings). Great location with conbinis nearby and metro right next door. About a 5-10 walk from JR line. Will keep hotel in mind for future Tokyo trips!!!

If you need wifi to live like me, you should never choose this hotel regardless how cheap it is.
Their wifi is not usable at all. When you ask for help from the staff with the wifi, their responses are, I can’t help you, that’s it!
