Genuinley everything you need. Obviously rooms are a bit cramped but for Shinjuku they were big and the bed was large which is the most important thing. Staff were friendly and very helpful in sending our cases to our next destination. Rooms were cleaned every day and free water which is really nice. Location is perfect 👌 We choose a high floor room which meant we heard literally zero sound from outside however if we had a lower floor I imagine the busy road may have kept us up.

Hotel was good. Clean and comfortable. It was loud outside especially in the early morning hours with police/ambulance or something with sirens that you could hear a little too well even on the 10th floor but besides that no issues b

Very clean and nice hotel. Rooms are smaller but we were expecting that. The staff are very accommodating and it’s tucked in a quieter part of Shinjuku (but still close to everything).

That was enough.

It is 10 seconds from the entrance of Higashi-Shinjuku Station. There was also an elevator from the first floor to the second. Breakfast is open at 7pm at Tully's on the ground floor. It is a bathroom, but the tub is small and the ceiling is low. The hair dryer hits the ceiling. Apart from the bathroom, there was no clock and I had to set my own alarm. It was summer, but the air conditioning worked well. It was enough for this purpose. There will be another one.

This hotel was affordable, clean and in a wonderful location. The staff happily assisted us to organise luggage transportation to our next destination and our room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is located very close to attractions and great places to eat/drink. It’s very close to the train station which was very convenient for us. Would stay here again!
