It was a one-room apartment-style room.

I had an errand along the Seibu Ikebukuro Line and used it overnight. It wasn't easy to understand because I didn't know much about the place, but I was within walking distance of the station. The room was enough for me to stay alone. It had a refrigerator and microwave, which seemed convenient when you wanted to keep your budget under control, such as for a weekly business trip.

Nice room for the price. Around 79$CAD. The only thing is the space for shower is very narrow.
But its very nice to have a microwave.

It’s a very old building. I can see that they try to keep it up, but my mini fridge wasn’t working properly. The door to the fridge was crooked. The bathroom mirror has black marks. The air conditioning kept blowing air: it doesn’t seem to be any adjustment. The sink was old and drainage was covered with brown mold or it may be old.

One of my fevorite budget hotel in Japan. Good price with full equipmemts and staffs are amazing.

Not within your typical central core region of Tokyo but that means its nested with more local neighbourhood. Great location for me, good escape from the city life.
That said, hotel is located walking distance from 2 train stations on different lines so fairly convenient to get around!
Hotel staff are easy going, yet professional!
Definitely consider staying there again!
Oh! And did i mention 2 super good ramen just around the hotel? Super good!
