We really enjoyed our stay! We chose a triple room with a balcony and it had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, we loved the pillows, and the bathroom was gorgeous. On a positive note there's also 7-Eleven right downstairs too. The only slightly negative things about the property was we did not enjoy the breakfast at all, we would skip paying for it next time. All the food was left laying out in the counter without warming plates or ice. Foods that were meant to be hot (sausage and tater tots) were kind of lukewarm and foods that were meant to be cold (milk) were room temperature. It wasn't the best. We also could unfortunately hear the local bars in the area- people singing and making noise until 4 AM. It wasn't enough to keep us up at night but you definitely heard it. For us, we would definitely stay here again.

Hard Pass

Unfortunately, this was the only disappointing hotel during our trip. We stayed at several hotels throughout our travels, and every other one was wonderful—clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Thankfully, this stay was only for one night.
The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival, and there were multiple cleanliness issues throughout. I’m attaching photos so others can see what we experienced (chunk of hair in the carpet and urine stains in bathroom).
The first staff member was not polite at all. My husband booked a 4 person bedroom but forgot to include our kids. Even though we didn’t want the breakfast they still charged us $80 USD for the bedding for 2 beds that were already in the room. We stayed at 2 different Mimaru apartment hotels during our trip which were infinitely better both with staff and cleanliness. I’m very glad this was only for a night.

Nice boutique hotel in upmarket Ginza area

This hotel.was right on the street of all good food and drinking places and about a 7 min walk to two metro subway stations it felt safe and upmarket area. Hotel.had reasonable sized room dor Tokyo standards and was a new polished room. They had a free coffee machine and lots of ta use in foyer of reception on 4th flr. Also at 5pm they offered free good wine as a happy hour. Staff were relatively helpful. Price was over $330 AUD per night so not bad for Tokyo. I woulds stay here again as the other tourist areas seemed unsafe later at night. Resturants on top floor not worth eating at as there were so many nicer options on the street. Had 7 Even on ground floor so that too was very convenient where you viuld buy drinks and then consume them on the outdoor garden on level 4 reception or in your room.
