Enjoy the local atmosphere!

I stayed at another inn in this chain before and it was great, so I decided to stay here again! The rooms were also cutely decorated. I often come to the Nakano area, so it's good that there are several inns in the area! The facilities are well-equipped and comfortable!

A hotel near a sauna bathhouse that is perfect for sauna lovers

It was conveniently located near Shinjuku, and just a few minutes' walk from the nearest station, so it was easy to get to.
There was a public bathhouse nearby, famous for its sauna, and many convenience stores and bars, so the facilities around the room were also excellent.
The interior of the room was stylishly arranged, so it was comfortable and I was able to relax.

It was conveniently located near the station. The room was very clean and tidy. The calm atmosphere made for a comfortable stay. There was a washing machine, which was very helpful for me as I only bring a few clothes when traveling. There was also a kitchen, so I bought some ingredients at a nearby supermarket and made a simple breakfast.
There was only one room per floor, so it was comfortable and I wasn't bothered by the noise from other guests, which is often experienced in hotels. The rooms seem to have different designs, so I'll try a different room next time I stay!

Clean and conveniently located near Higashi-Nakano Station and Ochiai Station

GIVE Higashinakano has a beautiful interior and is conveniently located near Higashinakano Station and Ochiai Station. It has a kitchen and washing machine, so it's suitable for medium to long term stays. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. I used it on a business trip, but it's perfect for one or two people!
There is one room per floor, and it is an RC apartment, so I didn't have to worry about noise from other floors. There was a bathtub, so I was able to take a bath. This time I was in room 401, but if I have the opportunity, I would like to stay in another room.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE DONT STAY THERE

Called the hotel 48 hrs in advance to let them know about a health emergency. They were never able to accommodate my new dates even though they had availability. They said they will reimburse me half but after 3 weeks of calling them and emailing they only refunded me $35. Awful customer service. No one speaks English even though they claim they do. If you have an emergency they won’t care and they will steal your money. Terrible experience and they should be ashamed of themselves.
