Perfect and comfy base to explore Tokyo for a short stay.
Overall we were very happy with our stay here for 3 nights, 2 rooms (2 kids/2adults) mainly because of the magnificent skyline view, which you do not find anywhere else in Tokyo (imho). Service and customer focus very good. Location was good, but we used taxi service a lot, although the metro/station is just around the corner. Rooms (King Premium Executive + Twin Deluxe) both had great view, but the King one, 14th floor, is recommendable. Parts of the hotel and rooms slightly outdated, but not an issue (f.e. electronics getting a bit old, wooden floor damaged, door not very fresh anymore).

Not suitable for family and business people
Awful experience. This is a huge property, yet there isn’t a single place with a table where guests can sit and use a laptop. The only area that appeared suitable for working was closed for “renovation,” and I was asked to leave.
This is supposed to be a Hilton, a brand known for international standards and for being welcoming to both families and business travelers. I understand and respect that customs and cultures may differ from country to country, and I always try to do the same when I travel. However, one of the reasons I choose an international hotel brand is the expectation of consistent standards around the world.
As a guest, I should be able to find a quiet place to open my laptop and get some work done while my family is asleep. Unfortunately, that basic convenience was not available, making this a very disappointing stay.

Everything was great except using the pool area. I think visitors from other countries should be notified beforehand they have to cover their tattoos in the pool, jacuzzi area. I booked the hotel so I could use the pool area and my husband and I were upset we had to cover our whole body. If we would have known I would have made different arrangements. Overall everything else was good.

Excellent view
We loved staying here as our first leg of our Japan trip.
The hotel has great views across the bay and the rainbow bridge with added benefit of the aqua symphony.
The breakfast was excellent with good service. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Would definitely will comeback.

Stay with your dog at the Hilton of Stability
Christmas season, on a Saturday in December.
Book with a plan that allows you to stay with your dog (no breakfast included). Wang Nhai To Stay PLUS Plan with 2 adults and your dog
• Superior Twin Deluxe Room (40 sqm / Rainbow Bridge side with balcony)
• Cake with anniversary plate for dogs, dry type meal, beverage tray, sleeping cushions, toilet sheets, steps to climb to bed, cute yukata rental
• Can be changed to room service with breakfast included
• 134,677 yen including tax + self parking 2000 yen
As a Hilton Diamond Member & HPCJ Member, only humans can stay at this half price, but this Wangnyi Stay plan comes with Hilton points, but no discount is available. I really wanted to stay with my dog for the anniversary so I used this plan and it was very good!
I checked in while my husband was taking his dog for a walk around the area. I'm a diamond member so it's very smooth to check in at the executive lounge. After you get the key, join your husband and dog outside and go to your room. Dogs are allowed to pass through the facility in carts and other devices so that dogs cannot see their faces.
The room was on the Rainbow Bridge side, and we could see fireworks during the Christmas season from the room. It is also the fountain show side. (Still under construction when staying)
While one person was in the room with the dog, one person went to the executive lounge and the pool, alternately enjoying the in-house facilities.
The indoor pool was widened, and the sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi had good views. I'm especially happy that you don't have to pay for it.
Filled with lounge cocktail time use, we thought room service would be enough because with this plan, room service would be 10% off and Hilton Diamond members would get a 25% discount on room service, but we didn't need it after all. The lounge was small and crowded, but I was satisfied with the variety and volume of food. They said they are currently under renovation, but I thought it would be quite nice if they could make this lounge a little bigger.
I have also used accommodation plans with my dog at Nikko Hotel in the same Odaiba area, but I think it is perfect for an anniversary because you can choose the room side of Rainbow Bridge, although this is more expensive because you can't choose the direction of the room and it has a parking view (the price is cheaper).
A cake for my dog comes with an anniversary plate, so they can write their favorite message.
There is also a yukata rental service for dogs, which you can choose in advance. This yukata is just so cute.
The next morning, breakfast was room service. Breakfast with the windows open on the terrace for some fresh air, it was nice.
I would love to use it if I had the chance again, but when I looked at the website, I couldn't find this Wang Nyi To stay plan, and I am worried if it is gone.
It may be because of renovation work and the social labor shortage, but I would like to stay with my dog again someday.
