Nice staff, good location, not far away from Sensoji temple, room a little bit tiny with 4 people but it’s ok for me. :) will be back again.

Needs improvement

It's a fairly decent hotel near the Asakusa station exit A5b so it's easy when arriving from Narita Airport using the subway.
Housekeeping needs improvement, although a renovation should be in order. There is only one small elevator that services the entire hotel.
Request a room on the top floor (11th) to enjoy the magnificent view of the river and the tower. Attached photo is taken from the hallway outside our room (Rm 1102).

The room was pretty beat. One of the hangers for the shower head was broken, and the a/c units were in a hallway directly next to my room. No door/wall separating the rooms from outside noises. I was woken up every night by rattling air conditioning/ heating units. Overall it looked like the hotel has seen better days. Not filthy but not as clean as other hotels in the area. For the price I paid ( $900 for 4 days ), I was pretty disappointed. Definitely not staying there again. The staff was nice though.

Dirty hotel, poor English and bad service

I lived in 7th floor , the room of this hotel is really dirty , there's a cockroach running around in my room. it's terrible.
I told the staff about my experience , he had very poor English totally didn't understand and the hotel did not solve my problems at the end . it's very bad experience. I couldn't sleep because so scared of the cockroach.

Once, not twice

Despite its convenient location a stone's throw from Asakusa Station and attractive rates, this hotel leaves a bitter taste. Service at the front desk is unprofessional, with priority visibly given to Japanese guests when checking in. A disappointing experience that raises questions about the Equal Processing of International Travellers.
