Our stay was overall great. Clean rooms, helpful staff, wide range of breakfast options, and well maintained hotel.

Very busy hotel. We noticed lots of students Studying down stairs in the dining area. It makes it hard to gather with friends to have a drink or eat food in the evening. We like the area which is steps away from many restaurants and grocery.

Incredibly easy to get to Haneda Airport with an esalator right by the hotel entrance to the train station.

It worked perfect for my early morning flight from Haneda. Taxi - 4400 yen, kind of expensive but there’s no train yet at 5am and bus was not an option for me with suitcases.

Hotel not in a convenient location

Hotel not in central Tokyo and there is nothing to do around the hotel. The train station, unlike most other Japanese train stations, has very few shops or restaurants. There is a bit of a walk from the station to the hotel which is in an inconspicuous alley, easily missed as there are no signs around. How on earth can 2 people stay in a 14m2 room is beyond my comprehension. There literally is no room for 2 people to walk around. To open the window you have to crawl over a bed to get there. There are no chairs to sit on and you can only lie on the bed if you stay in the room. There is no room to open 1 medium size suitcase let alone 2. As Japanese hotels MUST have a bath tub, there can only be a shower in the very slippery bathtub, so dangerous especially for older people. The bathroom is tiny to say the least. The internet is a hit and a miss. Japanese Breakfast is adequate but there are limited options. Not a desirable hotel in our opinion.
