I recently stayed at BEE-HIVE Sugamo (Male only) for two nights and had a great experience overall. Upon arriving at Haneda Airport, I took the Keikyu Airport Line to Shinagawa Station and then transferred to the Yamanote Line, which brought me to Sugamo Station. From the North Exit, it was just a short 2-minute walk to the hotel.
Check-in was self-service, and it was easy to navigate. My room was clean and came with a towel, toothbrush, and disposable slippers, which was a nice touch. However, I found the space quite compact—it’s difficult to move around inside the room, as it’s very cozy.
Despite the limited space, the price was reasonable, and the services provided were good for the value. If I visit Japan again, I would consider staying here once more. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at BEE-HIVE Sugamo.

Needs to be focus on the presence of staff .

The most major point is that there is no staff , at least staff should be there if anything Mishappens occur .. especially in night time . Overall building condition not good . This point needs to be considered to safety of the customers ..
although sleeping bed is almost average ..

⚠️ Better Prison ⚠️

You should sleep in one of Tokyo's stations instead of this hostel for two reasons.
1) No one works there, except a few presences that appear during the day but at night you are left to yourselves and if you have the misfortune to happen to be in the room with some delinquent you are screwed. In the stations at least someone turns to check.
2) The "mattress" is other more or less 2 cm and super soft so for you it will be like sleeping on the floor. Consider that I slept better in the chair at the airport.
Finally there are no spaces for suitcases so you will find yourself in a maxi dormitory full of suitcases everywhere. Worst hostel in my life.
