Superb, highly recommend

Really enjoyed our 3 nights stay floor 49, too misty to see Mt Fuji but otherwise breathtaking and the best way to kick start our holiday. Great attention to detail and comfort in all aspects of service, all the staff were highly professional, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the live jazz at the New York Bar, and relaxing in the amazing wellness spa. Two earthquakes and a tycoon just added to the experience and story, I could go on.....

Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Ahhhh our stay was amazing. My girls loved love this hotel. Only downside for many would be location but the walk to Shinjuku station wasn’t bad at all. My kids are 8,6, and 3. We did that walk twice a day at least. Of course a station much closer would be ideal but they do have a shuttle to Shinjuku station for those who prefer not to walk.

Special hotel right up to the time you spend in your room

The room had a great view from the window.
Breakfast was not only delicious, but beautiful in appearance, like a work of art.
At the breakfast venue and at the check-out, the staff naturally called out to me by name, and I could tell that they cared about each and every guest.
When we returned to our room after the turndown, ice was provided, and we were able to enjoy the evening at our leisure, along with a well-stocked minibar.

Excellent stay at Park Hyatt Tokyo

My recent stay at Park Hyatt Tokyo was exceptional and reminded me why this hotel continues to set the standard for genuine luxury hospitality.
From the moment I arrived around 11:00 a.m., I was impressed by the outstanding customer service. Although I arrived well before the normal check-in time, the front desk had my room ready in just 10 minutes, allowing me to settle in and enjoy the hotel immediately.
The concierge team was truly remarkable. I had a complicated request that required multiple phone calls and extensive online research. Assistant Manager Aruha went above and beyond to make it happen. Her persistence, professionalism, and willingness to help exceeded all my expectations, and I am sincerely grateful for her dedication.
On my departure day, I was in a rush to catch my flight to the airport. Even though the traditional Japanese breakfast usually takes time to prepare, the restaurant team thoughtfully expedited the service without compromising the quality. Their efficiency and attention to my schedule made my morning completely stress-free.
Another memorable highlight was my birthday celebration at Kozue. The restaurant team had coordinated with the front desk beforehand and surprised me with a beautifully prepared birthday cake. It was an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made the occasion truly special and demonstrated the excellent communication and attention to detail across the hotel.
Every interaction throughout my stay reflected genuine warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences. My heartfelt thanks to everyone at Park Hyatt Tokyo—especially Aruha, the concierge team, the front desk, and the staff at Kozue—for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Tokyo.

World of Hyatt benefit

We had an incredible stay at **Park Hyatt Tokyo**. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly world-class. Every staff member was warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a **Premium Suite** to celebrate our anniversary. It was a wonderful gesture that made our special occasion even more memorable.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a great selection of high-quality Japanese and Western dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've experienced.
The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking, especially from the upper floors. Waking up to the Tokyo skyline each morning was unforgettable.
Although the hotel is not directly next to a train station, transportation was never an issue. Taxis were easy to get, and the ride to nearby attractions was quick and convenient.
We highly recommend Park Hyatt Tokyo to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful stay with exceptional service. It was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had, and we look forward to returning in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
