We loved almost everything about this hotel. The price, the location and the cleanliness. Toiletries, slippers and bath robes are also always readily available in front of the elevator so you wont forget to take what you need before you go to your room.
Our only concern was you cant leave your luggage for free. We had to use the coin lockers (500yen per locker) at the lobby but other than that, the hotel is very good for couples and families who would like to stay at a quiet area.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was generally very clean. However, there are a few things worth mentioning. Our superior room was extremely small, including both the room itself and the bed. It was difficult for two adults, especially since we were also travelling with a child. We therefore upgraded to a larger room, which was definitely worth the extra cost.
Another strange issue was that the room was not cleaned every day. We repeatedly had to remind the staff and ask for housekeeping.
On the positive side, the internet connection was good, and the location was very convenient, close to the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and grocery stores.

Stayed for one night so it wasn’t a huge deal, and we understand Tokyo hotel rooms are usually small. However, the room we received did not match the renovated rooms shown on the website photos. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was just okay, and the shower curtain had an unpleasant smell. There were also no blackout curtains or blinds, so the room stayed bright throughout the night, which made it harder to sleep comfortably. Staff was fine, but overall the stay did not quite meet expectations based on the listing. There’s also stain on the wall.

OK room size for Japanese hotel. Close to transit and easy to get around.

The room is ok however not worth the price. We were given a handicap room which was terrible to shower water everywhere. Second there is no restaurant in the hotel no in room coffee or tea. When I say this hotel offers nothing I mean nothing. I have been to Japan before and the hotels have always stored the bags while waiting for check in time this hotel has lockers that you have to pay for to store your bags. Staff not friendly at all when we arrived. This is a hostile with a hotel price tag. The only good thing about this hotel was the size of the room and the train is a short walk, not the best location but at least the train is near by. I do not recommend this hostile for the price stay somewhere else.
