The staff's friendliness, the clean facilities, and the hotel's location are excellent. However, the inability to control the room temperature was inconvenient.

As expected, typically small (not a negative). Facilities in excellent condition. Location only ~10 min from Shibuya scramble and the Hachiko (look it up) entrance to the JR station.
The only negative: on the reservations page, there was no way to pay for breakfast in advance; pay when checking in. What it doesn’t tell you is the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Now, there are plenty of places to eat in the area (including a Dennys), but this seems like an important omission.

The hotel location was great. I be honest, I got lost getting there when getting off the train station but after 20 mins found the hotel. Convenient location, short walk to Shibuya shopping areas and transportation. One of the things I love is that we have an Family Mart across the hotel open 24 hrs. Near by coffee shop right on Kitaya Park. The rooms are not that big. The one I booked had 2 beds but the space is limited. If you have a big multiple carry on you will struggle. The only thing that was a little of the downside was the room has this little smell of moisture. Not sure if it was just that room, but overall it was ok.

The staff uis awesome and so helpful! I just wish there were better washer and dryers. I enjoyed the cost but wish there was one more set. Also I wish there was a better air conditioning system like central air or the ability to go lower than 23 celsius. Other than that the price, the location and the staff were awesome! I can wait to come back!

Small room but in a good location. If you have large luggage it can be a little tight. It’s across from a food store which is very convenient. Don’t plan on late check out unless you want to pay for a whole extra day.
