Clean hotel in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke great English. Rooms had washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, and stovetop with pots/pans/plates etc.
Would definitely stay again.

Service that gets you where itchy is

I used it because it was cheap despite last minute reservation. Convenient access, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There is a washing machine and microwave in the room, so long stays are possible. It is a compact room, but it is easy to use and there was no inconvenience. I want to stay again. The welcome ice cream was delicious. I had makeup remover, facial cleansing foam, lotion and emulsion, which helped. My pyjamas were a one-piece type.

This was our first stop/stay in Japan and the welcome from Sunny at the front desk was perfect. We had a long flight and a hard time getting out of the airport (brains weren't working well) and she got us checked in and explained everything clearly. It set the stage for a great trip. I would definitely stay there again.

Location is relatively near train stations and convenience stores. Lots of places to eat nearby and being close to Jimbocho was a nice surprise. Jimbocho is the book town of Tokyo. It is walking distance from Tokyo dome- shopping, food and events place. For last minute shopping Don Quixote was so close too. Free coffee at the hotel was a treat. I love the Refa hair dryer! Consumable supplies were always available at the lobby. They received and stored luggage for you from luggage forwarders - big plus for us with so much luggage. Highly recommended hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would happily return in the future.
The location is absolutely charming. It’s situated just steps away from Jimbocho, in my opinion one of Tokyo's most charming neighbourhoods. The hotel is also right next to a train station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. There are countless food options nearby as well.
The room was equipped with so many thoughtful amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. It was clear that the hotel had carefully considered everything a traveller might need for a comfortable stay. Daily housekeeping was also available which was a fantastic bonus.
I was visiting Tokyo to attend a baseball game, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal. Getting around was effortless as it is a 10-minute walk to the Tokyo Dome, and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. Every interaction was pleasant, and they genuinely made me feel valued as a guest.
Everything about this stay was perfect. I honestly couldn’t find a single fault and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.
