As always the Hotel is so clean and the staff or so polite, courteous and very helpful, breakfast is superb and honestly I will keep coming back and book my stay at Centrair Hotel located @ Chubu Central International Airport everytime I’m traveling to Nagoya and definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and families.

Very convenient location, less than 5 minutes walk from AirPort Express train, large Family Mart downstairs, 3 minute walk to airport Terminal 1. There are lots of shops and restaurants inside the airport you can visit that don’t require to go through security.
The room is basic, has what you need and quiet from the airplanes. However the room was very dusty and requires a deep clean, we charged our phones overnight and woke up with a layer of dust over the phones. The room felt stuffy even with an air purifier inside, we opened the air purifier and it has a thick layer of dust.
The hotel provided amenity kids for kids and followed our requests.
Overall very convenient if you have an early flight, from hotel to check-in to our flights took 5 minutes only.
Only recommendation to the hotel is to ensure there is regular deep cleaning due to high volume of dust. Otherwise great hotel

Hotel location is excellent. Literally right at the Airport. No need for a shuttle.
Front desk was very efficient, and check in process was a breeze.
We did not have the breakfast due to an early flight, but it did look pretty good.

Room is spacious, clean, and modern. Convenience beats everything especially if you have an early flight.

Very nice place.
No worries and fuss.
I'll always use this if I have early morning departure or late night arrival to this air port. It's super close to the entrance so low stress.
