The accommodation was absolutely amazing. The bed wasn’t cramped at all, and it was very quiet. All the amenities were provided and neatly organized, making everything extremely convenient.

- during my 10 hour stay, the men’s dorm was only about 10% occupied YET the front desk placed someone to the left of my bed AND another person in the capsule to my right as well !! The question is WHY would they do that ?? So I was subjected to hearing walking/ coughing/ etc.. for at least 2 hrs until I finally fell asleep.
Note: earplugs are offered for free at front desk but I didn’t use them for fear of not being able to hear my alarm clock. ⏰

If you’re lucky, your roommates will know what to do with others. Everyone should know how to be quiet 🤫. The room is nice and comfortable to sleep in. You can turn on the ventilation fan in your private space, and there’s a USB charging port. However, you might hear people walking around or taking care of personal business in the early morning since there’s only a partition door. The bathroom has strong water pressure and is well-equipped with beauty accessories. There are lockers for storing your belongings. Next door, there’s a Family Mart, which is very convenient if you arrive late at night, don’t want to head into the city, or have flight early in the morning. However, you can only stay for 9 hours in normal bookings. Please kindly take care of personal matters or have your meal before check-in.
The hotel is located on the lowest floor of the airport—just take the elevator down. However, for the men’s section, it might be more challenging than the women’s section because some people make noise while taking care of personal matters without consideration and there are instances of loud snoring.

Super convenient location. Cleanliness is acceptable. "Room" is comfortable and more spacious than I expected, with essentials like light, small fan, power point are provided. Shower area can be pretty crowded and hardly any space to move around when people are also doing their face and drying hair.
The only thing I am not happy about is the limited space at the locker area. Granted the locker space is very small, there is no table nor shelves for people to reorganize or access their things. I was literally temp holding stuff in between my legs while trying to look for things inside the small locker. Some people also open their suitcase on the floor limiting others from accessing their lockers. While location is extremely convenient, I am not 100% sure if I want to stay here again.
