We had a lovely stay in the Dolphin Gorey, the hotel is great location great atmosphere vibrant restaurant and bar with great food. The hotel itself is a bit tired but it was very clean, good shower and they provided a fan in the room as it was very warm. It’s not peaceful our room overlooked the bay with the road and bar below, but we didn’t mind that at all and would return in a heartbeat.

Great place in a prime location in Gorey.

We called in here whilst visiting Gorey and had just a drink before moving on. The place is in a prime location on the sea front and has outside seating which we used to enjoy the sun and views. Service was excellent, friendly and efficient. Drinks were realistically priced.

This is a fabulous place to eat.

This is a fabulous place to eat.
We had drinks in the bar while we waited for our seat and given the option to relax before our meal.
The concierge was so sociable and we had a relaxed and enjoyable meal.
We visited twice during our 1week stay and both times we had the same feeling of welcome and wellbeing.
The food was above anything we have had before, hot, fresh and delicious.
If you don’t want to drive the bus stop is right outside so leave the car, relax and enjoy the ambiance.
Recommend to others; whenever possible.
Return again; was thinking of swimming back just for one more.

Everyone was very helpful from check in to check out…the bartenders remembered my name And gave excellent service ….its nice to see the quality has never changed…thank you for a beautiful stay and look forward to returning

Great pub with excellent food

A group of us met up in Jersey for birthday celebrations and went to the Dolphin in Gorey. The pub was great, staff brilliant and the food was outstanding. Simple presentation, vey reasonably priced and obviously made with quality ingredients. All our meals were outstanding. Well done guys. If you are in Jersey, don’t miss this on a day out.
