25 wedding anniversary evening dinner

My wife Lillian and myself made the best choice ever to celebrate our 25th (silver) anniversary at this exceptional hotel/restaurant.
We were catered for with thoughtful attentive staff who made our special evening one to remember in this special establishment.
Our table server Usman was so engaging and polite and his attention in making sure we had the best evening was so professional many thanks Usman you are a credit to yourself and your employers.
If anyone reading my review is considering to have a meal at the Pomme D'or take it from this big foodie the food is exceptional on our evening it was Mexican themed buffet night there was a great selection of professional chef prepared cuisine beautifully presented at the buffet station plus chefs were on hand at the traditional carvery station to slice you the most succulent beef and turkey with all the trimmings you will ever experience.
If that wasn't enough to make it a evening to remember everyone from the service staff and management presented the both of us with a beautiful chocolate cake reading happy anniversary and thanking us for choosing to dine with them.
All in all a heartfelt thank you to everyone at the Pomme D'or restaurant for making a special occasion very special.

Outstanding Hotel Experience

Returned again, to experience this outstanding Hotel. All the staff provided such friendly, quality, professional service. Our stay was again faultless. This Hotel sets the standard for others to follow.

Perfect Hotel

Exceptional hotel in the perfect location for exploring the stunning island. I cannot fault the hotel at all. Great room, with AC which was serviced everyday by Haroon who was brilliant. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and set you up for a day of exploring. The staff were all helpful and are an asset to the hotel. Will definitely return and recommend to friends. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and perfectly located for the buses. Thank you for a wonderful stay and the birthday cake .

Exceptional Stay

Great central location near bus station and amenities. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous room overlooking Liberation Square, well equipped and serviced. Relaxing atmosphere. Excellent restaurant providing tasty varied continental dishes and first class service. Also offering a cafe bar and lounge bar where once again the staff were so considerate and efficient. All in all a very pleasant experience and good value for money. We'll be back!
