Relax after long Amman visit!

Accommodations with everything you need, tranquility and intimacy, just a few minutes by Uber from the centre. Friendly and very helpful staff: I had problems with payment but they helped me resolve it in no time. I am a girl in solo trip, and the staff make me feel at home.

Seriously needs to update the property its shabby

We stayed for 5 nights , the property definitely needs upgrade , its old weathered.
However, location is excellent. Its in the abdail area.
It's about 30-40 min to AMM airport, We stayed in the month of december its quite cold.As an apartment the least you need in an apartment it comes equipped with kitchenette ( no toaster, pots & pans were like you would not want to donate them for charities too they were worn out & ready to be disposed off)
There isn't a shower curtain
It smells toxic of cigrattes

VERY GOOD PLACE FOR LOCATION AND AVAILABILITY OF ADMINISTRATOR

I spent one week in this Apartments, then i traveled for 5 days to Petra and Wadi Rum, they kept part of my lugagge (so that i could travel lighter..), of course asking me not to leave valuable things there. When i came back i went back to the apartments. Tariq is very kind and one can find him personally or by whatsapp out of office hours. He has helped with good advices about the city, transportation, some places to visit, the same as Abu Maliq. Moacin also (except for the fact he only spoke Arab, but he did his best to help). As written in another review, the place is ABSOLUTELY SAFE - no matter not being locked at the entrance door on the ground floor, there was no problem at all, and there s a sort of vigilance a few meters from the entrance (vigilance on the street, like a cabin). The apartments are simple, but to travel for a long period it saves a lot of money, apart from the fact of having a kitchenette, frigo, confortable bed. I travelled in winter, so the weather is a bit cold and i got a second gas device to heat paying sthg like 10 USD, just to heat a bit more at night before going to bed. The electrical heater one can leave on without problem (not the gas, of course). The kitchenette had at least two big boilers and enough cups and dishes for a low price like the one it is charged. The guest at the room receives two tea bags, two typical cookies and two tins of mineralwater as a courtesy.

Nice location, great value for money. The room wasn’t anything flash, but exactly what I expected from a budget option
