Wonderful!

Loved this hotel! It was beautiful. Very clean, and the service was amazing!! The food was really good too. We are really hoping we will get to spend more time there soon.

Great hotel

The Liwan hotel was clean, had friendly staff, and the food was good, too! It is also in prime location of the city. Definitely would stay there again if in Jordan!

Perfect in a time of need...

Part of a large group, we were treated with the utmost respect, kindness and service. The hotel is great, near so many things including plenty of shopping. Would highly recommend!!

Super friendly, comfortable and hospitable

We traveled as a group from Israel for two nights. The hotel staff and manager went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was awesome, fresh veggies, hummus, omelettes, waffles and yogurts. Dinners were absolutely delicious. Delicious chicken and beef, beautiful red, orange and yellow peppers, roasted or raw, fresh fruit, salads, .

No hotel security

This hotel should be safe and responsible, we put a suitcase in the secretaries with clothes, perfumes and special things and when we returned to pick up the suitcase we were informed that it was missing, and there is no cooperation from staff and management in searching for the suitcase or going back to the cameras to track the subject.I never recommend it and no compensation for lost items has been paid, ask for a remittance of the suitcase as soon as possible.
