Unforgettable memories successfully made
One of the best parts of staying at Cloud 7 Aqaba was having access to the private beach and pools at Hyatt Regency Aqaba.
It truly elevated our entire trip.
The facilities were always spotless, beautifully maintained, and had the perfect balance of relaxation and fun for the whole family.
What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the pool and beach team.
A huge thank you to Suliman, Ahmad, Sahil, and Ibrahim D. Their hospitality was second to none. They were always smiling, attentive, and one step ahead, making sure everyone was comfortable without ever being intrusive.
What impressed me the most was how wonderful they were with the kids.
They were patient, genuinely caring, and made them feel so welcome.
It's those little interactions that families remember long after a vacation is over.
Service like this is what turns a beautiful place into an unforgettable experience.

Facilities and employees
Amazing place, unforgettable lanscape, a variety of swimming pools, excellent sandy beach, wonderfull spa, super clean rooms, very well-designed rooms, indoor and outdoor spaces, and the best serving people. The breakfast was great too. Two exceptional employees were amazing, Mr. Mus'ab Alqasem at the front desk and Mr. Aljarrah in the Olive tree restaurant. This is my second stay and I will definitely make a third stay soon with my family. Happy to come from America twice a year to visit family and do family reunion at Hayyt Regency in Aqaba.

Everything Was Simply Perfect!
We had an amazing two-night stay at Hyatt Regency Aqaba Ayla as two families, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the facilities and overall atmosphere were outstanding. Everything was simply perfect.
A very special thanks to Naimat for the exceptional hospitality and outstanding support throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, and we truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Unforgettable
During our stay, I was swimming in the hotel lagoon and enjoying the water challenge course when I unfortunately lost one of my heavy 24-carat gold earrings. While the earring itself was valuable, its sentimental value to me was priceless.
At first, I was convinced it was gone forever. After two days, I decided to ask if there was any chance someone could help. That’s when I met Ahmad Aloshoosh, one of the young lifeguards at the beach. Without hesitation, he told me he would do everything he could to find it.
Ahmad put on his diving gear and spent nearly 45 minutes searching the lagoon underwater. Against all odds, he found my earring and returned it to me. I was genuinely amazed—not only by his determination and diving skills but also by his honesty, professionalism, and humility. He never expected anything in return and was simply happy that he had been able to reunite me with something so precious.
Exceptional service is what makes a great hotel truly unforgettable, and Ahmad is a perfect example of that. His dedication, integrity, and kindness turned what I thought was a heartbreaking loss into a joyful memory.
