Hotel aqaba

Very nice hotel located about 1 km from the sea and with several useful shops nearby for everyday life. The staff were really very kind. The really nice thing though is the rooftop pool and the view of the city. I recommend it, the price is really excellent for the quality of the structure.

A nightmare experience: filth, rudeness, and paradoxical management
​Unfortunately, I must confirm that this is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. The facility is extremely dirty, as clearly shown by the photos I took and am attaching.
​In addition to the terrible hygienic conditions of the rooms, what makes the stay unacceptable is the total lack of respect for guests. Chaos reigns supreme until 2 a.m., making it impossible to rest. Added to this is the insolence of the staff: during an elevator ride from the 7th to the 2nd floor with my husband, a cleaning staff member entered and, in a provocative manner, canceled our stops to select his own on the ground floor. When I pointed out to him that we had noticed, he continued to smile mockingly. Before hiring staff, management should provide a basic course on manners and cleanliness.
​I brought the situation to the attention of the reception desk as early as the afternoon. The icing on the cake came at midnight, when the proposed solution was to... change hotels! Management that is, to say the least, insane and unprofessional.
​Stay away from this property.

Nice!

We stayed in this hotel a night.
The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The staff is nice and welcoming.
There is a roof top with a nice swimming pool. We had breakfast there, it was delicious and varied.
The only problem was the wifi connection which wasn't always good.

the room was so bad that the bed is broken and the ac also did not work well and and the treatment is also bad we wanted to cancel and they refused even we book in the hotel and they did not tell us that if we cancel they take all the money ,disgusting.

To flee ..

Very bad experience with this establishment, we arrived in a dirty room, with a cockroach, the equipment did not work, no shower gel etc. We were changed rooms, no hot water, a very dirty floor, we had black feet. No wifi, despite the numerous visits of the staff explaining to me how wifi worked as if the problem came from me... no commercial gesture, the stay was not cleaned.
