Clean room, good location just a few blocks from Haeundae Beach. The floor was heated, which was great, but I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off so we slept with the Air Conditioner on all night. The window covers were complete blackout which was amazing for helping my toddler go to sleep during nap time. The bed was pretty stiff, and the water pressure was quite lacking, also couldn’t figure out the jacuzzi bathtub, which didn’t properly seal so we couldn’t fill it anyway.

Nice hotel in good location
Comfortable hotel with clean, large rooms and well equipped rooms in good location. Only issue we had was that the breakfasts were rather poor so unless included, head out to local caffs.
Location is only five minutes walk from Haeundae metro, a few minutes to the beach and only five minutes from the buzzy centre of Haeundae and the night market. Good location for a stay and access to transport for rest of town.
Breakfast was mainly rather unappetising Korean fare but scrambled eggs on toast is a fall back option. Real complaint though was coffee machine was broken and coffee bags really didn't cut it. You have to ask for English tea bags.
Tried the café beside reception which has good coffee and very good basque cheesecake.
Reception spoke enough English.
Pool is a good option for an evening drink with a view but will be busy with young Koreans having fun.
Caretaker helpful in working out free laundry.
Happy with our choice, would go back but head out for breakfast.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in South Korea. The room was so dirty and smell was terrible. Even the customer service was bad. I asked if there is laundry service from the front desk man and he said which is in 9th floor /rooftop floor/. But, when i reached on top floor the washing machine was very old and dusty looked not able to work. Whole building has stinky and full of cigarettes smell.

A good hotel, but there are some Hotel’s uncontrollable factors that need to consider before booking
We stayed in the Terrace Double room for seven nights during end May 2023.
~ I give the staffs my great compliments; I had sent them several emails before/after I booked the room; they replied promptly, friendly and very helpful.
~ Their room is modern + simplicity style, there is no drawer/storage space, but it is a comfortable stay. Very good water pressure. Big thanks to the housekeeping staffs who have done a good job.
~ Hound Hotel does not provide breakfast. Don’t worry, there are some eatery near the MTR Haeundae Station, like 24hours café, Egg Drop, OPS Bakery.
~ The lighting in the bathroom section will automatically off once per hour. As this also happened in Arban Hotel Seomyeon, so maybe this is the save energy policy in Busan.
~ The hotel is located about 10mins from MTR Haeundae Station. To be honest, as there are many construction sites along the way, the passageway is uneven and without proper foot way, it is not easy if you need to carry a large luggage. Furthermore, the construction sites start works quite early, one day I was woke up by the sound of the construction before 7am. Hound Hotel Signature is a good hotel, but I need to consider these factors before my next stay.
