Old hotel and luxuries not included

If you are 80 years old and not interested in seeing the island and the only purpose is to come and play golf, this is your hotel.
It is a hotel that is far from everything, the resort restaurant closes on Tuesday, that means that that day you have to sneak into the small supermarket next door to eat something. The pool, spa and gym are not included with the price, therefore, they are extras. The receptionists do not speak English, you communicate through the translate and the only solution they give you is that if you want to get around, call a taxi, since the bus line is not very reliable.
Anyway, the only thing that could stand out is the hyeopjae beach, crystal clear waters 30 minutes from the hotel, that if very popular.
Anyway, if you want to enjoy and see the island I recommend any other hotel.

THE WORST SALES, BOOKING POLICY

What's a terrible sales, booking service! There is NO elevator in the hotel and I did explain my family member cannot walk to high-story room. They just kept saying there is no commitment, even I pay 50% in advance. That's is the pilicy of all Raon hotels in Vietnam, as their confirmation. Too bad

My stay at this hotel left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. I found stains on the carpet, sheets, duvet cover, and the bathroom could have used a thorough scrubbing. The service, unfortunately, was just average. While the staff was polite, they seemed disinterested in going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. It was an underwhelming experience overall, and I expected better for the price I paid.

Very cute and fun. Staff was really nice and helpful. Room service was great and the taxis could get every where from the hotel
