Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff is relatively friendly and they can speak in chinese. Room is relatively decently sized with clean. Carpark is a little cramp if you are driving bigger cars like SUV but comfortable stay. Would not mind going back to this hotel again.

The cleanliness of the hotel was good, but I could say there were no services provided by the Hotel. It just gave you a clean room to stay and nothing else. They even didn’t have a concierge counter to help you keep the luggage. The towels provided were too small and there were no curtains at the bath tub, so the whole floor would be wet after shower. Moreover, the bath tub was too small to accommodate an adult. Diamond member of Trip.Com could not help, they just gave us a room just seeing the top with different antennas of other buildings. I think I will not book hotel room via Trip.com again because the hotel room was too bad with comparing with other websites.

It is very close to the duty-free shop, but the duty-free shop closes early. The hotel is in the city, and many people can speak Chinese. In addition, the temperature of the air conditioner is not high.

The locations is quite good.
It's close to Nuwemaru Shopping Street with plenty of food choices and amenities around the hotel.
