Location, food, room conditions.. everything is good enough.
Especially, the breakfast is quite better than other hotels.

Bad experience at the Buffet

My last experience at the buffet was not pleasant at all. There was a foreign family, I believe Russian, or from a Slavic speaking country, that allowed their two young kids to run amok like it was a playground, and scream and shout constantly. Not only was it visually unappealing, but I could barely carry on a conversation with my wife or son.
I pointed out the family to a manager and told him that I would be willing to speak to the family but thought it should be the hotel's responsibility to notify the family about proper and acceptable behavior so as not to ruin the dining experience of others. The manager appeared as if he was hesitant to speak to the family and instead offered to move our table. Given that we had already finished most of our meal and it was about 30 mins from closing, that would not have helped matters.
The buffet at Inter-Burgo is not Ashley Queens or QooQoo. This is supposed to be a fine dining experience and we pay a premium for such.
I was very much disappointed that our dining experience was ruined before I went back to America, and that the manager was not able to assist or at least offer some type of service recovery. If a similar incident occurred at a fine dining facility or hotel in America, they always offer some type of service recovery to compensate for the experience.
On our way out we saw those kids running the wrong way on the escalator which is a perfect illustration of how they behaved the entire night. Other diners were really bothered and constantly looking at the family. It was very disappointing to have had such an experience at Inter-Burgo.

Suffering due to mosquitoes

There were many mosquitoes and it was very hard. I slept for two nights, and there was a mosquito, so Euphoria hadn't asked.
