The first-floor coffee shop is connected to the lobby and is large and modern.
The atmosphere was much better. The hotel lobby and restaurant on the 4th floor were really good, and Gloucester Inn is one of the best in the area. Cheers!!!

Due to being close to the Siheung Outlet and Songdo Outlet, that's why I stayed at this hotel, but it was an absolutely terrible and disgusting experience. The so-called A/C system is control by the hotel and you can't adjust the temperature, it's really hot and stuffy (almost 30 degrees) so I couldn't get sleep during my stayed as summer time in Seoul right now. Also, all the dead flies stuck in the rooftop of the room, it was disgusting and unacceptable. it's one of the disgusting hotels in Seoul you never go back to.

I had a truly unforgettable experience at the hotel I stayed with my family last week. Thank you so much I've never written this before but I want to help you a little bit so I'll leave a review here!
The reason why I wrote this review was because of the very kindness of the staff that I met at the front desk, and I remember that the nickname was Mr. Batshu Hyun. I received so warm and careful service from the beginning to the end that I wanted to leave a compliment.
It felt different after checking in. When we arrived, the lobby was somewhat northern, and as soon as the staff member of Baq Suzhou saw us, he immediately approached us and said, "Come here, have you waited a lot?" When I came to travel, I was tired, and I felt exhausted by one word. There was a lot of luggage and kids, but before I asked him, he said, "Jim, we'll take you to the room, and if you have kids, go up and take care of them." This care isn't obvious, is it? It was very impressive.
Then when I checked in, I was worried that the room I booked would be a little noisy because it was on the third floor, and the employee suggested, "Would you prefer a quiet room to change it to a high floor?" Thanks to it, the high floor was turned into a room with good views, but the view from the window was so beautiful that the whole family was happy. I wanted to write "Wow, real Proda" when I cared about these little details.
The next morning, I forgot and didn't ask for breakfast time, and I saw that the employee was working. But you don't just end up saying, "It's from 7:00 to 10:00," but you're saying, "Do you have trouble scheduling because of your child, and if you're late, I'll tell you in the breakfast room." It was so gentle and sincere, I don't know, "Really? Thank you so much!" he said, thanking me. In fact, taking care of me, who was always insane because of my child, was like tears.
The most memorable was when we checked out. I asked the front to find the earrings I thought I had lost at the hotel, and the employee said, "Isn't this?" I noticed that I dropped it from the lobby, and I was holding it in my arms, and I didn't know how impressive it was because the earrings meant something to me. I was really warm by the one word, "I'll find this and keep it apart."
It made this trip more special. Did you feel like you were not just an employee, but a friend who really cares about our family? I think there's someone like this who wants to go to that hotel again. Thank you very much for providing a warm experience in a society that is becoming increasingly popular these days.

This is a nice place to be. Very close to the metro station with many shops and bars around. Only downside is, it takes about an hour and half to get to the city center. Nice experience overall.

Near fish market, but far away from Seoul, need 1 hour at least to drive to some famous places.
