Clean hotel, easy check in process, both the cleaning staff and the front desk were attentive and wonderful. Rooms are on the smaller side, but this is something that is evident in the pictures so you know what you're getting if you actually pay attention. Luggage storage was genuinely so appreciated.
I will say, I did not appreciate that there were restrictions on when we could use the washer/dryer in the room, because I don't think that is communicated on the main posting of the room. Not the biggest deal in the world, but the W/D in room was the main reason we booked here.
My trip was multi-city, which meant that I actually stayed in another hotel in Seoul before coming here. I feel like that hotel had more amenities and was cheaper, which is why I'm giving this hotel 4/5. I think you can find comparable hotels in the city that are less expensive, however, if you want something central, next to the palaces + many restaurants, are planning to check in outside business hours, need luggage storage, this is a great place to stay! Would definitely come back.

Outstanding service, the staff is incredibly helpful, I got sick and manager Steven took me to the clinic, manager Sean helped me with a bus ticket reservation .
The location is very convenient and the rooms are impeccable.

The hotel seems recently rennovated so it is very clean with great amenities. It is very quiet during the day and even at night. It is very convenient to have the room with the washer and dryer inside the room for a long travel. Everything was great except the size of the room being so small.

We didn't use the kitchen. But our room had a refrigerator, a microwave and a washer/dryer combo. Most hotels don't have a washer/dryer combo, that alone is a compelling reason for us to choose Beyond Residence. Plus there is so much cheap/good street food just outside of the hotel that there was no reason to cook at the room/hotel.
In relation, we wished the washer was bigger as we had more clothes to wash but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Room is fine as per description, good location and friendly staff. However just one day before we received an email about there is no elevator, and we need to climb up 3 level everyday with all our shoppings & luggage! Extra cautious if you are going for a shopping trip in Seoul.
