Quiet and well located

Quiet hotel, well located, with large and comfortable rooms, which if well maintained would have put a 10.
It is half stuffed in a hospital, so it is very quiet and sleeps very well, also 2 metro stops from several points of interest of the most important in Seoul (lotte, gangnam, several parks of the Han river, Olympic zone....) and a few more stops from the center of Seoul, the location is very convenient, also with many restaurants nearby and a lot of atmosphere in the neighborhood. The metro stop is about 2 blocks from the hotel and with a supermarket only exit the metro.
It is self-checking, if you do not expressly ask for it they do not clean, but if you ask for it the cleaning is daily (although not very deep). The reception girl works endless shifts of 12 hours a day and yet always attends you with a smile, however, they do not speak English, so the translator is indispensable. The room is large and comfortable, with separate bathroom and toilet. Hot water takes a long time to get out, but once it does it is constant and with good pressure. It shows the passage of time, I would still list it as a 4 star. We didn't stay any longer because it was full and we couldn't extend the reservation. For what we found in Seoul, the truth is that it was very good. In the same area we had to cancel another one because after seeing some pictures of a platform where it looked like a palace and exceptional comments we found ourselves in a kind of smelly bear house from which we left legs, luckily we found this one where we were very good.

My friend and I were very happy with the hotel. The receptionist was gracious enough to speak in English with us and even let us check in early so we didn't have to lug our suitcases around Seoul. The room was spectacular and the amenities were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seoul. It was beautiful. Also, the gaming computer was so cool!

위치가 정말 좋아서 공항에서 버스를 타고 천호역에 내리면 바로 이동할 수 있고, 지하철로도 두 정거장만 가면 KSPO에 도착해서 콘서트 보러 가기에도 딱이에요!
주변에 맛집도 많고, 프런트 직원분들도 친절해서 처음 방문해도 편하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 호텔 내부도 깔끔하고 정돈돼 있어서 만족스러웠고, 1층 로비에는 무료 생수랑 음료도 준비돼 있어서 편했습니다. 재방문 의사 100% 입니다!!

직원들이 정말 친절하고 세심했습니다.
로비에서 커피등 음료가 제공되었고
아주 청결하였습니다
대중교통을 이용해 시내로 이동하기도 편했고, 객실은 넓고 편안하며 침구류 이불 베개 수건등이 모두 새거였습니다. 여유로운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 청결도, 위치, 서비스 모든 면에서 만족스러운 숙박이었고, 이보다 더 바랄 게 없을 정도로 완벽한 경험이었습니다.
