The negative reviews on this sight are definitely being unreasonable and should be ignored. This place is a very good deal for what you get: it is clean, it is safe, it is in a very convenient location 15 minutes walk from Seoul Station, rooms are bigger than they appear, and it is important to fairly and accurately evaluate budget hotels like this. Other reviewers complaining clearly did not set their expectations appropriately. A grade for the price ($25 USD/night).

Not a bad hotel but needs some refurbishments. Walls are quite thin and you ear everything from next rooms. Vibrating noises in the midle of the night coming from the pipes that needs some attention
The room was nice and bed confortable. A few worn details to improve.
Nice area not too far from Central Station and many restaurants and bars around.

2 days ago we arrived in Seoul and as soon as we checked in, we glanced at the room in this hostel and went to a meeting. After we returned, at about 09:30 pm we saw that the room was in terrible condition, we wanted to change the room, but it never turned out at the reception, although the opening hours were indicated until 10 pm. We also called the owners to solve this problem. The photos on the website and in the room that we were provided for 50,000₩ are categorically different from the photos on the website. We found mold on the wall, cobwebs in the room, and even a live kid right next to the bed, which suggests that the room hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. It's a terrible place.
We just left and left the keys at the reception desk, but the owner of this hotel is an unscrupulous person, I have not been able to return the money for 2 days.
우리는 이틀 전에 서울에 도착해서 체크인을 하자마자 이 호스텔에 있는 방을 힐끗 보고 회의를 하러 갔다. 우리가 돌아온 후 09시 30분쯤 방 상태가 좋지 않은 것을 보고 방을 바꾸고 싶었지만, 밤 10시까지 개방 시간이 표시되어 있었는데도 접수처에서 한 번도 나오지 않았다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 주인들에게도 전화를 걸었다. 5만 명의 ₩에게 제공된 웹사이트와 방의 사진은 웹사이트의 사진과 완전히 다르다. 벽에 곰팡이가 피어있고, 방에 거미줄이 쳐져 있고, 침대 바로 옆에 살아있는 아이까지 발견되었는데, 이것은 방 청소가 아주 오래되었다는 것을 말해준다. 정말 끔찍한 곳이다.
저희가 방금 키를 맡기고 접수처에 맡겼는데, 이 호텔 사장님은 부도덕한 분이시네요, 이틀째 돈을 돌려드리지 못하고 있습니다.
