The guesthouse was comfortable, kindly.
So manager Elle is very nice people, very helpful. Great Location, clean room...
Everything perfect!
Location is about 5 min walk from Hongdae exit 7 and metrostation.
I wiil be back here.

Bit better than bare basics, good location but not quite as advertised

I stayed for two weeks in unit 101, it's "basement" but with windows in every room just at street foot level. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and the other had a double bed. The accommodation was cosy, kitchenette was functional but only provided one pan, no pot though they had a rice cooker. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one was only a shower the other with a toilet but the showering "wet" area would dampen the toilet and floor. The room with only shower has a sign on it saying the water temperature is affected by other faucet use, so we didn't use it all together. This meant you would most likely have to dress outside of the bathroom which would be awkward if you are uncomfortable with changing infront of your companions. There are a lot of little flies coming from the drains and the bathroom doesn't have exhaust so the ceiling is a bit moldy. Bathroom has all amenities, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and toothbrush even. No bedsheets (mattress and mattress protector only) and no wifi as advertised (I've requested via email twice now in the first week but no reply). There's a vacuum, and laundry is good but there's no dryer and no laundry line so near impossible to dry your washing.. one of the friends I was staying with left on the third day (2 days before schedule due to a sprained ankle and distaste for the accommodation; she has quite high standards though). Blackout in communications with the owner after you've checked in and paid, don't really care about you afterwards.
BYO bedsheets, insect repellent and don't rely on their wifi. Don't stay here if you're travelling with people you can't undress infront of.

Clean, good location, but the staff was not friendly since she couldn't speak english and she wasn't helpful.
There were a misscommunication that they charged me double for the room, they charged to my credit card though i did a full payment already. The staff who did my payment should be able to explain their manager that the payment was paid already. But the manager still didn't want to give me back the money. Even customer service booking.com already gave her a clarification about this issue, she still didn't want to give me back the money. Until we quarrelled through chat, and she gave me a bad statement. Then finally she gave me back the money.
