This property is very well located and the rooms are nice. The windows are a bit unexpected, but for sleeping it’s perfectly fine. The staff has a bit problems with communicating in English, but overall they were really helpful. Keep in mind that if you arrive early and want to check in early, you will have to pay extra fee and probably also wait a little bit. The cleaning was very good all hotel smells really nice and there is a possibility to wash your clothes. They also have some possibility of snacks and instant dinners. I would really recommend this hotel!

I had a work samples in a paper bag placed on the table. next day its gone, they threw it away my work samples. they said nothing in it and on the floor but that is BS because they recover the paper bag from trash and it has my customer name card in it but the samples gone. the worst is that they do not admit they do wrong and denial not a single sorry even said. even ask what is the value ? which for me very insulting because its not about money since its work related. i travel around asia pacific, this is the worst experience

Good:
1. All staffs at the reception were helpful, kind and friendly ( 5 stars)
2. free luggage storage on check in and out day, 3. free ice, coffee and tea
4. Free self service washer and dryer (detergent and softener is 3000 won each)
5. Free bicycle rental ( may be seasonal, it was offered in April)
6. Daily room service. Towels changes, toilet paper and tissue refills, water and snack refills all complimentary.
7. Share microwave outside elevator
8. Location strategy for tourist.
Bad:
1. Musty smell ( room that has suitcase decorations on the wall). I was lucky to be able to swap to a bigger room ( brick wall, smiley face picture frame) but still have musty smell. Room has air filter but doesn’t help at all.
2. Bathroom was dirty. All 15 days staying, dried dirty stains are still on the toilet wall. Overall room is old. Dust on ceiling and bed lamp were never clean during our stay, despite daily room service.

Staff was so accommodating and helpful, they have on site laundry. Rooms are clean and were always cleaned when we came back at the end of our day. The rooms are spacious I would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Korea. It’s in a really good location close to bus stops and train stations as well as good food markets and shopping streets.

Great location with very helpful staff on hand. Really supportive when having small children too.
