Excellent stay in Seoul

Excellent location, the airport bus stopped directly opposite and less than ten minutes walk to a choice of metro stations. The hotel is in a quiet area but only ten minutes walk to Dongdaemun Design Plaza and a few stops on metro to all the main sites, it was perfect to return to at night after a busy day.
The hotel is on floors 7 to 11 of the building which is modern, spotless and has a coffee shop on the ground floor and plenty breakfast spots, restaurants and convenience stores nearby, even one with a little seated area where it was nice to stop and enjoy a cold beer on the way home at night.
The staff were very good, professional, welcoming and friendly.
The room was very comfortable, space to store luggage and had an excellent shower, great air conditioning and supplies of tea, coffee and toiletries.
We had two stays in Seoul during our trip, stayed here for five nights when we arrived and really wished we'd just booked it again for our second stay, we loved it.

Positives:
Staff were very nice and helpful.
Decent location, walking distance to 2 subway stations.
Airport limousine bus stops across the road making it very easy to go to Incheon.
Negatives:
No view from bedroom as window was very high.
Very firm mattress and pillows.
No Japanese toilet.
Walls between rooms are very thin so every noise (including flushing/shower) can be heard.
Small bathroom.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious and warm which was really appreciated during the cold weather. The gym in the basement was also really good! Plenty of equipment to chose from and generally quiet. The coffee shop is also very convenient. We would definitely stay again

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend it!
