So nice it’s in the center of Seoul and everything was very safe and clean. Great for solo or friends traveling

It's more convenient than I thought.
I wasn't particularly surprised because I had been watching a lot of reviews, and it wasn't bad.
It is not suitable for those expecting full service. As stated, no TV, QR scan for check-in, check-out via the web. There were people on the first floor who looked like staff. There are only two face towels at check-in, disposable slippers and two bottles of water. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap available. There is no clock or TV. The bath towel was still there if you brought it from the ground floor, but the face towel was gone the other way around. It's about 18:30. There is also a WOWPASS opportunity, so it is convenient. It is a short walk from Shinseo-dong Station. From Seoul, it's like using the elevator at exit 3 to cross a traffic light. Exit 4 if you are going to Seoul. Take the elevator opposite. It's pretty easy to go anywhere.
There's a lot of food and plenty around. It came with a bathtub, but it was poorly cleaned. (Her hair was falling off, and reds, too.) There wasn't much else on my mind.
The toilet and bathtub are small, and I feel quite small if you are a good-built person. It's annoying to contact the chat if you have any problems (basic response time is fixed). There was also a phone. I thought it was a bit of a bother to go out and take out your own trash.
I suddenly had a clogged toilet on the last day. There are also 3 elevators to read QR. The rooftop balcony on the 20th floor overlooks and coffee is free. Some people had mugs but kept them for themselves. There is a server for water on each floor. I didn't use hot water, but there's no tea set, so if you want to have a hot drink such as in winter, you should bring it. The sound was quiet when I was there. This time it was quite cheap to stay, especially since it was around 4,000 yen per night.
Basically, there is no Japanese, only Korean or English explanations.

Good location compare to the price, access to subway, bus and airport limousine. Everything was perfect

Perfect for introverts! Access to the elevator requires a personal QR code, which makes it very secure. Also, there's a water dispenser on every floor and a shared kitchen for guests.
The airport limousine bus stop is very close, and the subway entrance is also just a short walk away, so transportation is quite convenient. There are chain coffee shops and convenience stores nearby as well.
The downside is that check-in is fully self-service. You’ll need to spend some time figuring out the online check-in process. Also, luggage storage comes with a small fee, though it's quite affordable, just 1,000 KRW for 12 hours.
The airport limousine bus stop is very close, and the subway entrance is also just a short walk away, so transportation is quite convenient. There are chain coffee shops and convenience stores nearby as well.
