It was OK for the price as it's a place to put away our stuff. The area was close to amenities and the subway is within a few mins walking distance. It was a self-check in/out. They change the towels and garbage daily. The area was quiet. The bed was hard but again, for the price, I can't really complain. There was free use of laundry service. They also respond to the messages really fast. The photos are of the places close to the area.

Unsafe wit too many issues
Worst stay ever. Not safe!
Location:
Yes, lots to eat near by but the nearest station is line 5 with is 10mins away. And if you know the subway lines, line 5 sucks because to get anywhere, most of the time you gotta transfer. And even though you're relatively close to city center, except for the airport bus which you wouldn't/couldn't take from this location, not many will take you to many of the places you want to go without, again, a transfer. Even with buses you gotta transfer. Be careful the ones that appear faster are airport buses.
Single Room:
Calling it 'Small' would be a compliment. More like 'tiny.' Don't let the pics fool you, if you come here despite having read this, you'll know the pics on site were taken with wide-angle lenses. I kid you not but the whole room is the size of a California king size mattress.
Speaking of beds, the single bedsheet is of flannel and appears unwashed since the last guest because I found several strands of hair. The twin bed (just an elevated mattress) creaks with movement. The comforter also appears unwashed.
Let's not forget the moldy smell from the lack of circulation and likely mold growing somewhere.
Noise:
You can literally hear all the guttural sounds people make as they hawk up phlegm, or the farts and conversations all around you and you'll never know their source because they're originating from everywhere. Paper thin walls. And because the room is lik 15 off the ground on a street near bars, you will hear people talking incessantly after/before drinks.
Privacy:
Think none if you're lucky and an invasion if you're not. They have a sign on the door that says if you need towels, to go to the 3rd floor (no elevator btw). It also tells you to handle and recycle your own trash. However, there's nothing that tells you that they will come into your room while you're not there to do those exact two things they tell YOU to do. So make sure you don't have valuables out or have things on the floor you don't want stepped on (thats easy to do since as I said, there's clearly a lack of space).
Bathroom:
Shower heads is no higher than your chest level unless you're 4 feet tall. The swivel its on is loose so it won't stay in place either.
Their shampoo is mixed with 50% water. How do I know this? Cuz its viscosity was the same as water and when I took it to the front desk, the guy there said they're all like that but when I made him give me a new one, it's viscosity was like normal shampoo. I don't know what they put in it besides water but it made my hair clump and clumps of hardened shampoo or unknown substance started forming with the lather. See my pic.
The toilet was so close to the wall, you have to sit sideways and the toilet seat is off center so part of your butt will be sitting on the toilet area where guys will normally pee on. See pic.
And if you take a shower, you'll need to keep it under 5mins or you'll flood the place - the drain doesn't work fast enough.
Security/safety:
Unsafe. They had room keys hanging on key rings right on top of the desk which is easy not only visible from the street but also reachable. Anyone could easy grab a pair, make a copy and place the original back on the key ring. And these keys aren't the ones that are more difficult to reproduce.
Cost:
Yeah yeah, you can say you get what you pay for cuz it's cheap. However, there are other places much better even at the same prices. This just isn't one of them. So don't settle unless anything I listed above is worthless to you.
Front desk:
The guy is a clown. Sure he acts friendly on the surface but he lies and when confronted with issues e.g. water in shampoo or no notice that someone would enter your room without your knowing, he gave bs responses and I dont care you're leaving talk.

theres no one at reception and check in and checkout is DIY . Security is non existance anyone can walk in. place looks far older and unmaintained vs photos and cleanliness is 50/50. having said all that its probably reflecting the price paid

Room was decent size and clean. The free washer and dryer on the 3rd was nice to have available. Only complaint is that mattress was a little too firm for my liking, but wasn't terrible and I still able to sleep well enough. I would rebook here again.
