Perfect!

We spent 2 nights in this modern and clean hotel. We booked a junior suite and it was worth the price difference: King bedroom, separate sitting room, modern bathroom with separate shower and separate toilet. Personnel is attentive, friendly and professional and can converse in English.
Great place with a perfect score! Bonvoy at its best!

Stopped here for about 22 nights.
The staff are brilliant, especially Sophie she went above and beyond when I lost my phone.. managed to get it back.
Food in the hotel is nice enough.
The rooms are nice but have a few issues. I'm guessing it's the smoke detector.. this at nighttime is a 3 second strobe light that flashes quite bright and lights up the room.
Then next to the beds you have a master lights button that has two LEDs.. these are super bright and also light up the room on both sides of the bed.. what's the point of having black out curtains when you're lighting up the entire room with LEDs?
Ended up using items from around the room to stack against the buttons to block the lights.

Gym was available 24 hours, it was very clean, spacious and equipped with very good quality treadmill, elliptical, benches and dumbbells.
But, there’s no equipment for PULL Exercises. Overall, satisfied.

The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too.
