I've stayed in this hotel a few times, and it's generally good.
They have now installed a self check-in kiosk. A voice over a speaker helped me check-in. I personally don't prefer this method.
It's very convenient and I probably would stay there again if ever in Suwon.

已無24h櫃台真人服務。線上客服的回應、問題解決速度有時很慢，非常需要改進。房型請特別註明有沒有洗衣機，不然會造成選擇上的問題。
There is no longer 24-hour front desk service with live staff. The response time and issue resolution speed of online customer service can sometimes be slow, which requires significant improvement. The property description mentioned laundry facilities, but there is no public laundry area and no washing machine in the room

The hotel is located away from public transport. Road/footpath to the hotel is not smooth, very bumpy for luggages and a long walk. The receptionists are Chinese and do not even speak basic English. It's hard to communicate. When we requested to store our luggage prior to checking in, the staff pointed to the storage room and we had to do all the moving, storing, and adjusting for space ourselves. Staff just sat behind counter the whole time. When asked about how to get to the Hwaseong Fortress, whether to turn left or right, she said she doesn't know and told us to find out ourselves. When we wanted to check in to our room, they said our room is located in the opposite building. As we moved our luggage from storage to the opposite building, both staff just sat behind the counter without even offering the least of help. Very unhelpful and unfriendly. Please avoid unless you speak good mandarin and good korean.

Hotel from train station is slightly further than my previous hotel location but still is a short walk to the food street with many eateries. The bathroom is clean but the mattress is soft.
