First, the price is extremely elevated for a property that does not have a swimming pool. Additionally, charging such a high rate during a period when the hotel offers no leisure facilities feels unjustified. There was no restaurant, no spa, and no leisure services available — which were precisely the features that attracted us to this place in the first place.
Another major disappointment was the lack of room cleaning service on Sundays. We were forced to stay in an unserviced room, with no housekeeping or room service, which is particularly inconvenient when traveling with a child.
What made this more frustrating is that the booking application did not clearly disclose these limitations. The hotel description indicated that there was a restaurant, a spa, and room service available, which influenced our decision. Had we known that these services were not operating, we would have made a different choice.
The breakfast was also very basic — essentially a self-service setup with purchased items that guests had to serve themselves. While acceptable in some contexts, it does not align with the premium price charged.
