Worst racist behaviour ever experienced at 1010 Clifton BnB Lyttleton, Centurion, South Africa

My wife booked a room for my brother on booking.com. She confirmed with the owner and added it to special requests on Booking.com. My brother travelled from Kimberley and was tired an soI drove from Fourways to Centurion to drop him off at the establishment. We waited at the establishment for more than an hour while they prepared a different room, lesser than what we booked and the owner’s son made us take out all our luggage. I showed him the booking confirmation and the special request section indicating the booking was for Roland van Blerk, which reflected on the booking confirmation. The owner’s son, a young man, was the most racist individual I have ever met!!! He screamed at myself and my brother in person, screamed at my wife on the phone and put it down in her ear!!! He then threw us off the property saying that people like us make him feel unsafe and threatened!!! I am a professional business owner and have also been a part of establishing many multi billion rand businesses that most SA customers frequent, and I am sure even this owner and her son. In all our travels around the world and using many platforms, this experience was the worst ever and I would recommend that Booking.com and other hospitality platforms distance themselves from this establishment. Below is a picture of my brother, would you feel unsafe if he came and stayed at your premises?
